Superior Alehouse Kitchen. We make our own highly seasoned burger patties with fresh garlic and a touch of worcestershire. We roast our own turkey breast for sandwiches. We make homestyle soups from scratch, as well as salad dressings and marinades -- nothing from a bottle! Buffalo burgers, fantastic Phillies, Boca and Garden burgers, something for everyone!
For those beautiful days, we have outdoor seating -- bring your dog!
Beyond the Burger.
We are reknowned for the quality of our Philly Steak sandwich. Our homemade steak sauce smothers the tasty thinly sliced beef while it's grilling. Onions, peppers, swiss cheese and an option for some "hots" if you like!
We also have market-fresh clams that are steamed to order with vegetables, shallots, white wine, a touch of lemon and enough garlic to send Dracula running!
The Best Wings Around.
Just ask anyone, the Wedgwood Alehouse features the best wings in the land. Our chef and a guy from Buffalo spent six weeks working on trial recipes to develop our wing sauce. Now people from Buffalo tell us we've got it exactly right!
(You did know the original Buffalo wings came from Buffalo, right?)
Oh, we also carry Rainier on tap for nostalgia!
Cocktails! Only the good stuff here! No cheap liquor in a well for lunatic college students. Have a Maker's Manhattan, or a Stoli Cosmopolitan, or just a plain Tanqueray and tonic without having to pay for half the bottle for just one drink!
